The Chesapeake Bay Area Chapter of ISPE was established in 1994 to meet the needs of the growing pharmaceutical and biotech industries in the area. Today, the chapter continues to support the local industries and provides education, training and networking events to members and non-members alike.
Our local Chapter Board of Directors is made up of industry leaders who care about strengthening the regional industry and advancing education of our regional workforce. With over 100+ years of combined biopharmaceutical experience, the board not only brings their passion for giving back but also an unparalleled breadth of expertise in the field.
Our industry Advisory Board consists of executive leaders at MedImmune / AstraZeneca, GSK, Emergent, Lonza, Paragon, Miltenyi, Autolus, Macrogenics, RegenXbio and NextCure, and ensure that we are building our regional programming to meet the ever-changing needs of the companies and employees whom we serve.
