CFR, established in 2006, is a small business enterprise located in Germantown, Maryland. We are a federal small, SWaM certified, and Montgomery County local small business offering comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineering for projects of varying size and complexity. We specialize in highly complex healthcare, research, and laboratory design. Our experience includes a wide range of facilities for a diverse clientele. To date our largest client includes The National Institutes of Health (NIH) where we just completed a five (5) year IDIQ contract. In addition, we are currently on our second-term IDIQ contract with The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and were recently awarded an IDIQ contract with The University of Maryland and George Mason University. As a team, we have successfully performed critical development and design team roles for over 1,500 projects for multiple federal agencies and private sector clients. CFR, first and foremost, offers our clients a seasoned planning and design team with exceptionally broad experience in a multitude of engineering disciplines and market sectors.
