ISPE San Francisco | Bay Area Chapter

ISPE provides tremendous value through various products and services that include on-going education and training programs, the ability to stay current on the latest industry trends on a worldwide basis, working with the FDA to develop Baseline® Pharmaceutical Engineering Guides, articles, career opportunities activities and ISPE Discussion Forum Groups. The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter has won numerous ISPE Awards by virtue of their contributions to industry. They continue to have their finger on the pulse of the local industry and respond with innovative and educational programs. ISPE has worked with Stanford University and University of California, Berkeley to provide special educational semester courses to attract and educate potential candidates in the bio-pharma industry. They were also the first to host CEO Night. This annual event has grown to be one the most attended programs for the chapter. It focuses on local CEO's and provides them the forum to focus their vision of our industry and address the future in terms of the challenges, latest technologies, local economic issues, mergers/acquisitions and strategic relationships, finance and resources. Other events include a newly-offered Young Professionals Forum, Commuter Conferences, which are Member only events held in the afternoon to avoid traffic, dinner meetings, facility tours, an exhibit show, and social event events including the popular annual event, Fun Day, offering a golf tournament and winery tours.
