ISPI uses various frameworks and models, including eXtreme Programming, Scrum, SAFe, CMMI, Lean and others. But our specialty is not on implementing frameworks, our focus in on selecting the correct tools to help organizations succeed. Compliance - that's and after-effect, a secondary benefit. ISPI was the first company to spin off from the Software Engineering Institute under the "take it back to industry" model.
