The North America Chapter of ISPMA (International Software Product Management Association) was launched in 2023 with the objective to bring education to American software product managers based on global best practices, and to create a meeting point for the North American SPM community. ISPMA (www.ispma.org) is an open non-profit association of experts, companies, research institutes, and practitioners with the goal to foster software product management excellence across industries. ISPMA aims at establishing software product management as a discipline of its own in both academia and industry, and disseminates and maintains a Curriculum and a Certifiable Body of Knowledge (SPMBoK). The SPMBoK is documented in syllabi that are the basis for training courses and certification exams. ISPMA has more than 3,000 members worldwide.
