The site – IsraelMedTechPost – features Japanese translations of Israeli medtech, biotech and digital health news from Israeli media partners – including The Times of Israel, NoCamels, and Israel21c. It also features independent reviews on Israelimedtech companies. In 2018, Israel-Asia Leaders Fellow – Kengo Akano - launched a Japanese news site featuring news and updates on Israeli medical technologies. Kengo, from Japan, who was a fellow on the Israel-Asia Center’s 2017-18 Israel-Asia Leaders Fellowship, launched the site to help make Israeli technology news and developments accessible to Japanese business people, investors and practitioners in the fields of healthcare and life sciences, noting that there was a lack of such information available in Japanese.
