The Higher Institute of International Relations (ISRI) "Raúl Roa García" is responsible for the training of specialists in International Relations required by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, the organs of the State and the Government and the system of international relations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, its preparation and specialization.
