International Society of Travel and Tourism Educators

The International Society of Travel and Tourism Educators (ISTTE) is an international organization of industry professionals in travel, tourism and related fields representing all levels of educational institutions, ranging from professional schools and high schools to four-year colleges and graduate-degree granting institutions. We are a nonprofit international organization dedicated to improving the quality of education and research in the travel, tourism and hospitality industries by promoting the exchange of information, ideas, and outstanding service to our members. For over 40 years, ISTTE has been bringing travel and tourism educators together at our annual conference to discuss current industry research and teaching methods. The conference is a place for educators in tourism and related disciplines to exchange ideas and best practices, and to form a lasting professional network. Conference attendees have opportunities to hone their skills and advance their knowledge through various destination excursions, workshops, and presentations.
