IsZEB Cluster

IsZEB is established in the region of Central Macedonia, includes the leading Greek companies and authorities in the field of Smart Energy Buildings and is foreseen to evolve the economy of smart buildings, as well as the related entities. Among its key objects is the development of every company (Start-up, SME, Industrial, etc) and stakeholder in the construction sector through research activities and various initiatives, arising from the partnerships and synergies created by its members. The IsZEB cluster is working towards the combination of ICT technologies with Energy Solutions in order to establish Smart Building Energy Certificates, that leverage existing and new technologies such as the Energy Performance Certificates or the Energy Labels, and the Smart Readiness Indicators, as well as a guide of best practices on the creation, operation and maintenance of Smart zero and positive Energy Buildings. The cluster has a special focus on the Construction sector, aiming to its complete digitalization and the provision of tools and guidelines for the entire building’s lifecycle.
