For connectivity we can assist with: email, EDI, Web Access, VPN, IDS/IPS or UTM installations, router configuration and cloud services integration. For Network administration we handle: Server (DHCP / DNS / LDAP / MS AD administration); Backup and Recovery Administration; Network setup and switch configuration; Simple SAN / NAS device setup and administration; and, Internet connectivity items are covered under the Cloud Administrator role.
