IT Masters NZ - Software People
IT Masters NZ has been formed to address the IT skill shortage in New Zealand.
For some time the talent pool in NZ has been depleted mainly due to younger people seeking opportunities overseas where typically they can earn more and have the added attraction of seeing the world. Some of this talent never returns to the NZ economy.
This company is newly established by John Simeon, an IT executive with 40 years of IT industry experience.
John has experienced many roles within many of the different areas of the ICT industry from development, IT management to sales, general management and director and owner of numerous companies.John has also performed many recruiting assignments in the UK, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand.
IT Masters NZ will seek to locate IT talent from NZ's nearshores in particular the Philippines where there is a large pool of highly-skilled talent with a westernised culture and attitudes compatible with living in NZ.
