IT Specialist Network (ITSN) is a growing network of trusted advisors and domain experts versed in the field of information technology. They help businesses and other organizations procure leading IT products and services worldwide using a combination of knowledge and experience as well as proprietary industry resources and AI custom chatbots. Our advisory services division helps organizations save time, money and effort in the identification, selection and qualification of suitable IT services providers. Currently, there are over 40,000 Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in the U.S., with businesses and other organizations finding it increasingly difficult to discern one MSP from another given the hyper-growth and maturity of the industry. Our Advisory Services can locate, screen and pre-engage with MSPs across the U.S. to help an organization find the services or solutions they need, quickly and efficiently. In our research division, ITSN is developing several AI based chatbots that will soon assist businesses and organizations with their own research and acquisition of IT products, services and solutions from vendors in North America and abroad. For instance, our main chatbot “Ask the IT Specialist” will be at the forefront of our AI initiatives in the coming months.
