ITACAe was founded in 2013 with head and operational offices in Asti, Italy. Customers are manufacturers & engineering service companies in several sectors (automotive, aerospace ...) ITACAe offers its 20 years experience in the product development cycle (R&D, design, engineering, industrialization, technology management, quality & production management) for industrial products and in the best-in-class CAD & CAE methodologies for product and process design and engineering ((Creo, Solidworks, Nastran, Apex, Cradle, Adams, Fatigue, Hyperworks, LS-Dyna, Abaqus, Ansys, Autoform, Pam-Stamp, Fe-Safe ...). As an engineering services and consulting partner, ITACAe benefits from a network of highly professional consultants and CAD-CAE tools, LEAN & SIX SIGMA methodologies and software development skills. ITACAe is in the board of AITA (Associazione Italiana Tecnologie Additive), actively participates in associations like MESAP (Smart Products & Manufacturing) for technological innovation, CEI Piemonte (Aerospace, Automotive & Mechatronics) for the development of business abroad; it regularly attends some of the most important initiatives on technology innovation and CAE (ICC, A&T, AM Meetings, A&D Meetings, SMAU, Sim-Am, Farnborough International Airshow, Hannover Messe…); it exposed at the SMAU Turin 2015, winning the award Lamarck, as one of the top three innovative startups at the expo. ITACAe conducts research in collaboration with universities, manufacturers and users of traditional and innovative technologies for the identification, the study and the optimization of critical process parameters and at the same time contribute to the technological development. It recently participated to STAMP & SMART3d projects on AM metal & laser polymer technologies financed by Piemonte Region. ITACAe manages projects related to training,design, production, scanning & qualification of parts in metal additive manufacturing with the “TAILORMADE” methodology.
