Itai Capital is an investment holding and boutique advisory firm founded by Ernest Kwinda in 2016. Ernest co-founded Proximity Advisory as an initial advisory offering of Itai Capital. Following the winding up of Proximity Advisory, Ernest decided to merge the advisory activities into Itai Capital. Itai Capital’s primary focus is on principal investments and on a selective basis advisory on corporate finance transactions.
Our principal investment activities focus on private and listed companies, where we believe we can add significant value through partnership with companies that aim to achieve inclusive growth in South Africa.
Our corporate finance advisory offering include acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructure and B-BBEE transactions. Although our experience covers a broad range of corporate finance activities, our focus is restricted to transactions we are best placed to offer independent and bespoke advice.
