THE GENESIS OF ITALICO
Behind this bitter aperitif, there are three passionate artisans, living in Rolle, canton Vaud, Switzerland. We joined forces in 2018 to pursue a shared vision. Inspired by our collective dream of crafting natural products by hand in a sustainable manner, we honour the rhythms of the seasons to preserve the freshness of our ingredients and products. From this dedication, CITROLLE has been created, a renowned company in Suisse Romand celebrated for its traditional liqueurs. In our workshop nestled in Mont-sur-Rolle, our meticulous quest for the finest raw materials, coupled with our boundless creativity, resulted in the creation of ITALICO. And we are truly proud of our newcomer!
