Quetico is a private investment banking firm that provides merger and acquisition services, private placements, and strategic advice to entrepreneurs, private equity groups, and corporations. We serve clients with enterprise values between $10 million and $100 million - the so-called "lower middle market" - in various industry sectors including manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, retail, food, plastics, printing, direct marketing, medical, and business services. Before founding Quetico, our principals worked together as Managing Directors of Lazard Middle Market, where they specialized in arranging M&A and financing transactions for clients in the lower middle market. When Lazard Middle Market decided to concentrate on larger clients, our principals formed Quetico Partners in early 2009 to continue providing clients in the lower middle market the highest level of investment banking expertise and service.
