As an IT professional with over 13 years experience in the industry I started out as a Service Desk employee. Over the years my career went through the different stages of 2nd and 3rd line support, team leader, technology specialist, project manager, service manager and business process consultant. During my career I’ve also developed an interest in ITIL which led me to pursue my ITIL Trainer certification. This last step brought me to my true passion, fashioning IT solutions and processes to support the specific business needs of customers to ensure that IT works for them and not the other way around.
