International Teacher Development Centre

The mission of ITDC is to provide on-going teacher professional development and learning, school improvement and strategic consultancy to schools and educators in Turkey. ITDC seeks to work with teachers, principals and other educational leaders with a clear goal to facilitate improved learning outcomes for students. ITDC seeks to embed sustainable change working with teachers focusing on contemporary teaching and learning practices, the develop school wide improvement and building leadership capacity at all levels of the education system – the teacher as the leader in the classroom, the principal as a visionary leader and all educators to build leadership capacity throughout the system that will lead to the development of world class education.
