But, setting up a GIC is more challenging especially when the parent company does not already have a presence in the new location. Establishing a business in a new destination involves several dimensions. The laws of the land, partnering options, operational needs and infrastructure requirements need to be integrated with the parent organization’s business strategy and processes. Choosing a suitable business model becomes critical to the success of the GIC. While there are a large number of companies which offer assistance in setting up a business in India, a well researched custom solution is rarely provided. We bring in our experience in offshore operations, technology and finance to bridge the gap through our GIC model.
