Our Business Strategy business focuses on helping clients with in-depth industry assessments, corporate or group strategy, go-to-market (channel) strategy and market-entry strategy. Our Advisory On Demand (AOD) includes both deliverable and non-deliverable based services for clients who are under-staffed, typically during critical periods of workload, but still require access to subject matter expertise, management, or simply just man-power.
