Indian Trainers Guild believes in giving clients and participants their times worth. The team of ITG consists of ICF Credentialed Coaches and Approved Master Trainers from the industry. There are broadly four areas that we focus on: 1- Assesments: MBTI, Hogan, EQ, DiSC,Belbin, Strong, Saville and customised Sales Ready tests. 2- Training on a wide variety of subjects viz Sales & Strategy, Management & Leadership, Business Story Telling, EPS and TTTs 3- Coaching for Mangers and Leaders on a one to one basis with an impetus on EQ based outcomes. 4- Mentoring to identified individuals. Our clients include Govt, PSUs and MNCs. We are led by a team of high achievers who are SMEs in their domains and have been coached for High Impact Result oriented learning outcomes. The present team of 22 members is headed by Isar Qureshi who has been in the training domain from the turn of the millennium. With over 2 decades of rich experience under his fold, you can expect change catalysis with ease. Membership is purely on the basis of selection and interview by a core team comprising existing members. Endorsement for the CTP credential is subject to assessments.
