iTIDE (Insurance - Tackling Inclusion, Diversity and Equity) is a new group which aims to be a catalyst and accelerator of positive change for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the insurance industry. The goal of iTIDE is to provide a platform to influence behaviours and achieve better outcomes by avoiding echo chambers and incubating innovative initiatives.
The iTIDE Young Professionals Group (YPG) is the first initiative of iTIDE. The YPG consists of future leaders who will define what inclusivity looks like within the insurance industry. The YPG operates as an autonomous subsidiary group, with coaching and guidance available from the iTIDE founders. However, specific direction will not be provided by iTIDE senior representatives/other iTIDE workstreams.
