ITMA specializes in regulatory advice on financial instruments & benchmarks for financial institutions and corporate clients. ITMA implements projects consisting in providing its clients with products in the field of Implementation, Transactions, Monitoring, Audit related to the market of financial instruments & benchmarks.
ITMA’s specialization is strictly defined areas of law regarding financial instruments and benchmarks, such as BMR, MIFID, EMIR, SFTR, PRIIP, UCITS, AIFMD.
ITMA’s clients are primarily entities subject to the supervision of the Polish FSA, such as banks, investment firms, investment funds, alternative investment companies and their managers, insurers, depositaries, trading platforms, benchmark administrators, but also corporations and other entities active on financial instruments’ and benchmarks’ markets.
ITMA’s partners include Marcin Bartczak, Inga Dulska, Marek Trzos-Rastawiecki, legal advisers from international law firms, advising financial and capital market entities for over 15 years. ITMA partners, in particular:
- implemented regulations in financial institutions, as well as implemented investment services and products into the offer of such institutions,
- advised on futures and derivative transactions for banks and corporations,
- advised on transactions related to investment funds, alternative investment companies, including those related to VC investments,
- provided clients with ongoing monitoring of regulations and market practice, and conducted many legal audits, both in regulatory matters and in connection with transactions.
