I specialize in providing support to investment funds, their managers and investors, to financial institutions. I also focus on advisory on corporate and commercial issues to various entities active on Polish market and in connection with investments of business angels, VC and other funds.I assist investment funds and their managers in relation to internal audits of procedures as well as other ongoing regulatory (UCITS and AIFMD), fund finance and corporate issues.
