ITMedia Consulting is a research and consulting company, working in the field of new media, radio and television, digital content and convergence between Internet, telecommunications and media. Born in 1992 as Italmedia Consulting, founded and directed by Augusto Preta, it changed its name to ITMedia Consulting in 2006 as a result of new market development, expansion and consolidation on pan-European landskape. Currently, the company has offices in Rome, Paris and Bruxelles. ITMedia Consulting is able to offer its customers a wide range of services ranging from economic and regulatory issues to provision of legal services. Albino Pedroia, former Director of Institutional Relations of Canal+, coordinates international activities. Fabio Macaluso, former Director of Legal Affairs of Vodafone Italy and Fastweb, is entrusted to act as a legal consultant.
