For almost ten years we are providing services to insurance companies in a field of sales automation, contract administration, underwriting control, and automation of back-office procedures such as access control management for agents and automated communication with clients via internet, sms-gateway and automated PBX solutions. We have several products that may be of interest to you: – mobile agent of insurance company: allows to make calculation of insurance premium by using a user friendly app for iOS, Android, and almost any phone produced after 1995. There is no need to have a PC or even network connection, all current databases are readily available to the agent in the app and synced with server for any updates or for information from centralized databases (e.g. bonus-malus coefficient for driver or optional security codes to prevent fraud) – extension for policy management control and use by agents: allows to simplify control over movement of numbered policy contracts (e.g. will be crucial for Green Card policies in particular, or any other policy material which is under strict control by law or by internal policy of insurer). Also allows to avoid specific fraud cases with the use of insurance coverage for unregistered policies in a system (e.g. for short term insurance contracts that are canceled as voided, spoiled or incorrect after the term of actual use, but prior to monthly or bi-weekly control period of the insurer, while at the same time sharing premiums between colluded agent and insured person). This module also covers some other fraud types protection based on geo-positioning and time control and allows to reduce total cost ratio by actively combating fraud. – product solution that may allow printing contracts away of offices from a car or kiosk without PC and LAN: It guaranties that the client and insurer has the same agreement with the same terms that prevents specific fraud types related to it and improve customer journey
