USCO started off in 1989 with trading activities specialising in spare parts for Caterpillar machines. In 1994 it took the first step towards creating what today is one of the most vital and successful groups in the sector of spare parts for earth moving machines.
After taking over ITR, USCO also began manufacturing a variety of repair parts under the ITR brand name.
The evolution of the company and the ITR brand followed parallel roads.
Acquiring new manufacturing and distribution enterprises in some key markets resulted in coherent and continual expansion of the product range.
At the same time, USCO focused strongly on the logistic/distribution factors for a more rational technical/production reorganisation and localisation.
The distribution companies that today constitute one of the essential components of the Group make a determining contribution to its development.
