ITSC Executive Search has its headquarters in The Netherlands and is the executive search specialist in IT Sales active for over 12 years.
We have an international database filled with the most qualified IT Sales professionals. As market leader in executive search within IT Sales it is our mission to foster long-term quality relations with our clients.
Our sales professionals are from various markets within the ICT industry, such as cloud-based solutions (SaaS and PaaS), business intelligence software, ICT outsourcing, administrative and logistics software solutions, ERP software, CRM software and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) solutions.
SERVICES
The ITSC way of working is characterized by intensive engagement with the client. This engagement is important to achieve a perfect match between the candidate and the client. ITSC maintains contacts with the client and the candidate also after a placement.
WAY OF WORKING
Phase 1: Introduction meeting, assignment confirmation, and recruitment plan
Phase 2: Create longlist of 30 candidates followed by pre-selection for interviews
Phase 3: Create shortlist of 9 candidates followed by perception analysis
Phase 4: Introduction of 3 candidates followed by client acceptance
The duration of the project depends on the severity of the function. On average, this can take 6 to 8 weeks until the actual placement of the candidate. During the process the client will be kept informed of the progress.
Our organization consists of three complementary business units: ITSC Assessments, ITSC Recruitment, and ITSC Consulting. ITSC Assessments provides support to both ITSC Recruitment and ITSC Consulting.
