At GrubGo, we’re building something foundational a full-stack urban supply engine for groceries and essentials in India. Our mission is simple: move essentials faster, smarter, and more affordably across every Indian city whether it’s a kirana store restocking inventory, a D2C brand scaling reach, or a family ordering their daily staples. We haven’t launched yet but behind the scenes, we’re assembling the core infrastructure to power a hybrid model that works across both B2C and B2B layers. At the heart of this is a city-wide, warehouse-led fulfillment network designed to reduce waste, optimize movement, and bring reliability to the urban supply graph. Here’s what we’re building: • A centralized warehousing layer for efficient, real-time inventory management • A high-frequency B2C delivery platform for customers who value time, trust, and transparency • A B2B restocking engine for kiranas, HoReCa, and local stores with deep catalog and smart routing • A D2C launchpad for upcoming brands to go live across cities without worrying about infra But what sets us apart isn’t just infrastructure it’s how we treat the people who power it.
