I am Houston, TX born and raised with 50 years around the sun! I left the corporate world almost 10 years ago and found my love of coaching women in 2017. The journey of discovering confidence and self-worth to overcome unhealthy eating behaviors led me to the amazing world of helping seasoned aged women overcome uncertainty in their own bodies and mind. In my one-on-one coaching practice, we work together to identify and crush perceived limitations so you can show up in life walking in rooms with your head held high, embodied with confidence! As an NLP Practitioner and Strategic Life Coach, I help women get to the root cause of what is keeping them stuck. NLP is the study of how thought and language impact and influence personal experience.
