ITSM.express is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating, developing and spreading a minimalist, free manual covering the essentials of service management and an ecosystem of related products. The ITSM.express manual has been written specifically so that it can be easily learned, applied and taught. The audience is primarily people and organizations that are starting their journey in service management, building a new service management system or improving an existing one. There is no reference to existing commercial frameworks – the only external references that are made are to standards. This is done so that this ITSM.express guidance remains free and accessible to everyone who is interested in service management.
