ITSqc, LLC, a spin-off from Carnegie Mellon University, was created to promote best practice models for the global IT-enabled services industry. Founded in 2009 by Bill Hefley, Jeff Perdue and Jane Siegel, ITSqc, LLC aimed to extend the impact of the eSourcing Capability Models (eSCM-SP for service providers and eSCM-CL for client organizations). The eSourcing Capability Models were originally developed at Carnegie Mellon University, ITSqc, LLC, provided support for these Models, eSCM-based methods for determining organizational capability, and related professional education programs. ITSqc, LLC worked with strategic partners and Authorized Organizations to support global adoption of the eSourcing Capability Models. ITSqc, LLC, ceased operations in December 2019.
