Information Technology Society Of Sri Lanka - ITSSL

Established in 2018, the Information Technology Society of Sri Lanka ( ITSSL ) is the pioneering advocate of professionalism among those that are involved in the field of Information Technology. By being the key representation of the high standards promoted for the IT field they also have taken initiatives in matters pertaining to recent political developments with interests attached to them. Sri Lankan law in regard to the Cyber security and the proposed law on data protection are some of the current focal points of Information Technology Society of Sri Lanka and they have been one of the principal figures involved in the dialogue. Some of the headline interests of Information Technology Society of Sri Lanka include the discussion on social networks and creating a hate free platform where freedom of expression is encouraged.
