Our programme focuses on the 'Four Pillars of Wellbeing'; Mind, Body, Social and Financial. Our team of elite athletes and intervention specialists deliver programmes to employees and instil the mindset of a champion, creating more well rounded and resilient individuals. ITS Wellbeing supports underfunded athletes through the #givingback cycle. This programme provides the necessary funding and support services to help athletes reach their full potential. Ultimately allowing athletes to compete and win medals at major tournaments e.g Commonwealth and the Olympic games.
