A page run by a counselling psychologist- Devika Anand- an alumni of the university of Nottingham. This page was created with an intention of increasing and spreading awareness regarding the importance of mental health and expanding one's knowledge of psychology with the help of evidence based information. As the name suggests, we believe in giving out bite-sized information through illustrations and short animations for better understanding of the content.
