Iustitia Scripta publiceert vakinformatie voor juridische professionals én juridische informatie voor professionals in andere sectoren.
De naam Iustitia Scripta betekent zoveel als 'geschreven rechtvaardigheid' waarmee de ambitie tot uitdrukking wordt gebracht dat de uitgeverij met haar publicaties streeft naar het leveren van een kleine bijdrage aan de kwalitatieve verbetering van het rechtsbedrijf. Recht en rechtvaardigheid zijn helaas niet altijd twee zijden van dezelfde medaille.
