The partners of iVAS have a cumulative experience of over 75 years in consulting, valuation and advisory services in the domains of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, integrated townships, SEZs, land banks and data centres across the country, with prior experience spanning a wide array of client groups such as banks, REITs, private equity, hedge funds, financial institutions, developers, corporates, government agencies and HNIs. Between them, they have the experience of valuing portfolio of assets for all the REITs in India for IPOs as well as post listing regulatory disclosures.
