Ivory Dentin Graft™ - The First and Only Dentin Graft
The Ivory Dentin Graft™ was developed based upon years of scientific research and peer-reviewed publications on the advantages of autologous dentin grafts. Dentin’s composition is very similar to bone, due to its high mineral phase and its tubular architecture. Dentin is considered an excellent bone graft substitute grafting material.
Ivory Dentin Graft is an active organic matrix. It retains the natural form of the sourced porcine dentin as well as the protein matrix consisting largely of collagen, and has been adapted for use in dental procedures. For the best results and ideal hard tissue generation, physicomechanical properties of the graft should match that of the host bone, in addition to biological connectivity and bio-active organic matrix.
Ivory Dentin Graft promotes new bone formation as well as promoting good integration between the host-bone and graft material. These two features are important for tissue regeneration and integration during early bone remodeling processes that follow tooth extraction and grafting, and facilitate osteogenic activity to promote successful subsequent implant placement.
