The old models of planning are often monotonous and void of real reflection and discussion around fears, joys, and aspirations. The Ivy.Ly Method is a 3-part planning cycle infused with Focus, Courage, and Kindness (our values) that stimulates a unique blend of independence, motivation, collaboration, and accountability. The IVY.LY Method REFLECT During the Reflection phase, we ask you to take stock of how you got to where you are. What worked? What didn’t work? What do you want to build upon? What do you want to stop doing? How does who you are and your value system impact the outcomes you are striving for? DESIGN During the Design phase, we allow you to dream big, brainstorm, be ambitious and bold! We urge you to design your vision and goals based on what you learned in the reflection. You don’t need to know HOW it’s all going to happen, just that it’s aligned with what truly matters! DO(N'T) During the Do(n’t) phase, we dive into the area that most people often start with - the executing and the list making. But in our model you learn to bridge the Design phase with thoughtful decisions around prioritization and resources. This phase is where you can decide HOW you will do (or not do) what matters most to you.
