Tools: Energy Work, Vibrational Medicine Therapy, Movement Therapy, Kundalini Yoga, QiGong, MindSet Training, Conscious Dance, Vibrational Breath Release, Martial Arts, Mantra Singing, Healing Music, Deep Organ Massage, Meditation and Nature, Ceremonial Work & Visualisations.
These methods are being used during online trainings inside the Spiritual Gym and Live Retreats called iWakening Intensive Spiritual Bootcamps.
