What we do develops mind, body and consciousness, utilizing a variety of different practices, both ancient and contemporary, to positively transform every aspect of life iWakening provides a safe and supportive space to surrender into experiencing oneself in ways that will assist to reveal and heal whatever that is not serving anymore and break through any limitations. It is guiding towards a full transmutation on all levels of consciousness. We do it through the iWakening Transformational 7 Step Training Program - Awareness Training on the mental, emotional & physical level, Transformational Mindset Training, Trauma Release Training, Heart Healing Training, Spiritual Alignment Training, Embodiment & Integration Training, Manifestation & Abundance Training. Tools: Energy Work, Vibrational Medicine Therapy, Movement Therapy, Kundalini Yoga, QiGong, MindSet Training, Conscious Dance, Vibrational Breath Release, Martial Arts, Mantra Singing, Healing Music, Deep Organ Massage, Meditation and Nature, Ceremonial Work & Visualisations. These methods are being used during online trainings inside the Spiritual Gym and Live Retreats called iWakening Intensive Spiritual Bootcamps. We believe in the importance of breaking through belief systems of the collective consciousness that governs so much of our lives. We need to move beyond the illusion of time and space, into oneness with the true essence of infinite being. In that alignment we can really start the journey of co-creation with the universe and of who we really are as a true connected universal potential.
