We own over 3 million SF industrial assets in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast regions. Our management team of real estate, financial, and legal professionals, has extensive knowledge of market trends within the logistics industry. Our investment strategy focuses on value-add last mile industrial assets, including the logistics submarkets such as Cold Storage, Small-Bay Warehouses, and traditional Big-Box. We use our knowledge of the market and logistical experience to unlock the value of these assets. IWH Capital leverages its far-reaching network within the logistics industry to source off-market deals. IWH then capitalizes on these off-market opportunities by using funding obtained from its principals in conjunction with major private equity sources, family offices and high worth individuals, to fund and close quickly.
