Irwin Wilensky - Engel Volkers Belleair

Irwin Wilensky is an award-winning Broker Salesman. Prior to becoming an advisor with Engel and Volkers Belleair he started and managed another brokerage in Saint Petersburg. Mr. Wilensky has been a Realtor in the Tampa Bay area for the past 37 years, and a resident for nearly 50 years. Mr. Wilensky has represented nearly every financial institution in the sale of their real estate and received national recognition and awards from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and other institutions. He has led seminars on real estate, technology, and on valuations. Prior to his career in real estate, the native Floridian managed sales for a large frozen seafood manufacturer. Mr. Wilensky is a graduate of Northwestern University and a former news writer and television news director.
