IXXO is building a public blockchain solving most of the current issues with in current programmable public blockchain. IXXO is taking an hybrid semi-decentralized consensus approach where nodes producing blocks are constrained to act honestly through a strong legal framework, being registered as bailiffs and engaging their business reputation, their financial liabilities and being personally accountable in case of frauds. IXXO is also extending the solidity language and solving the token market centralization issue, having a decentralized token market embedded in the protocol. in addition to this, our privacy-by-design computation engine allows to deal with user private data in smart contracts. With IXXO, the blockchain is transparent to the user, and the decentralize infrastructure as user friendly as cloud-centric alternatives The opportunity is huge for a platform to solve any of those blocking issues, thus becoming the first practical public blockchain in the process. Any failure to solve one single critical issue would, however, create a weak link towards massive users adoption. If we compare the situation to 1995 for internet technologies, a working email client, a working web browser, some automatic internet routing devices, some decent bandwidth, some dynamic web content would be first required for internet to become practical, all those issues being blocking; and pioneers focused on addressing blocking issues first. IXXO chose a pragmatic approach on solving real world issues, being able to mark complete all customer requirements for using a public blockchain, while reconsidering fundamental notions of trust in order to achieve those goals.
