The mission of 𝐈𝐘𝐄𝐑'𝐬 (𝑨𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑪𝒖𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆) is to serve the truly authentic taste of South India to the common people in North India at a highly affordable price. We have a well-researched consumer-centric approach. We have developed an authentic taste with the combined flavours of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana, Tamilnadu, and Karnataka. Further, we have accommodated the much-required changes for the consumers in North India. We have achieved the product market fit for our food products in this way. The biggest challenge we faced was the right product with competitive pricing. However, we managed to overcome this challenge with the right pricing strategy considering the consumer mindset and well-defined Go-to-Market strategy for market penetration.
