IZIproteine est une entreprise spécialisée dans la production d'engrais et d’alimentation animale à base d’insectes. Notre mission c'est de recycler des bio déchets en produits à forte valeur ajoutée, ainsi transformer le gaspillage alimentaire en une source de protéines écologiques, et de lutter contre la rareté des ressources avec une empreinte carbone quasi nulle.
Notre objectif consiste à apporter une solution, fiable et adapté au contexte Marocain et Africain, à un problème tout en créant un bénéfice et un revenu. Les déchets organiques sont traités durablement, les impacts négatifs sont limités, Cette démarche s’inscrit dans une approche industrielle de l’économie circulaire au sein des territoires pour contribuer à des systèmes agroalimentaires plus durables .
