The Scottish Legal Practice of J & H Mitchell W.S. was founded in Highland Perthshire in 1836. The firm attends to a wide range of business, notably: Property (including Estate Agency and commercial conveyancing) Charity Law (for charities, charity trustees, community groups and volunteers) Agricultural Law (and estate factoring) Renewables, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Succession, Trusts and Executries.
