J-Lenco is a family owned and operated business and has been producing cores for the foundry industry since 1968. While we have experience in making cores using the shell process, no-bake process, and the cold box process, presently we only offer cold box cores. We are equipped with 250 lb/minute and 125 lb/minute continuous mixers with powder feeders for your choice of additives. We have horizontal and vertical machines or can hand pack sample or low volume work. For high volume work, we have robotic core pickoff, automatic pallet wrapping, shrink wrapping, and overseas approved packaging. We are truly your one stop shop for prototype, low volume, high volume, or just in time delivery.
