Foundations Pvt Ltd. was established in the year 2008 by Mr. K.Jegannathan and Mr. Murali and has currently embarked upon two prestigious projects at Chennai and Kanchipuram respectively.Mr. K.Jegannathan after working on various projects both as a real estate developer and as a consultant decided on to make mark with his company having a clear vision of what he truly intent to give to the society. The motto of the Company is to make available, affordable flats/plots to cater the needs of lower and upper middle class families. We have ensured that the sites chosen are strategically located, with excellent connectivity to public transport system. It has been the established practice of our Company NOT to compromise on quality and to ensure good value appreciation to our customers. We also undertake projects on JOINT DEVELOPMENT basis, both for construction of residential / commercial buildings and house site layouts.
