In April 2019, a brand new company J-QuAD DYNAMICS is jointly established by four global leading automotive suppliers including Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. (AISIN), ADVICS Co., Ltd. (ADVICS), JTEKT Corporation (JTEKT) and DENSO CORPORATION (DENSO). To achieve safe, secure, and widespread automated driving, a more sophisticated integrated vehicle control system is required to coordinate sensors, brakes, and steering systems. AISIN, ADVICS, JTEKT, and DENSO will combine their unique strengths and technical expertise in automated driving, vehicle motion control, and related functions to develop this software-based solution to meet the needs of their customers today and in the future more efficiently and quickly. J-QuAD DYNAMICS will develop higher value-added integrated vehicle control systems to create safer and smarter mobility.
