The Company is engaged in providing all phases of site development contracting, including but not limited to, earthwork, erosion control, storm sewer installation, sanitary sewer installation, waterline installation, concrete flatwork, paving, as well as rock drilling and blasting. The Company provides these services on both commercial and residential project sites for corporate and accredited developers and builders primarily throughout Northern Virginia. The Company has an expertly maintained fleet of heavy equipment including but not limited to, excavators, loaders, dozers, rollers, mechanic trucks, tandem dumps, fuel truck and rock drills. The Company employees a highly qualified, loyal full time staff of 40+ people, including internal staff, shop mechanics, dirt crews, utility crews, blasting crew as well as punch out and erosion control crews. The Company has maintained a centrally located, fully functional office and shop, including equipment yard in Manassas, VA throughout its history. Founded in 1999, the Company has grown from one backhoe and truck into a well established preferred provider of site development contracting for many developers and builders in the Northern Virginia area. The Company has established many solid relationships with builders and industry professionals, including suppliers and competitors. Project size ranges from $150K to $5M in value, with the majority of projects in $500K to $1.5M in value.
